Message from the Principal

Kristina C. Anderson 2005 - Present

Dear Parents,

Over the years Lone Pine school has developed a very special and unique culture. It is a safe and educationally strong environment that places the child first. Our staff and parents work in partnership to help create and maintain this very special setting. School and community efforts have exemplified this during the past several years by improving our curriculum, building a playground, purchasing computers, and building a track and kindergarten playground in Lone Pine Park. We have worked together to define, as a community, what it is we believe about the education of our children. We are very proud of the results and have been affirmed by the Oregon Department of Education with EXCEPTIONAL and STRONG ratings in all categories on our Lone Pine School State Report Card for the last eight years.

The Lone Pine School staff hopes that your experience at "our" school is a rewarding and productive one. If a problem or concern should arise, we are ready to help in any way possible.

Kristi Anderson, Principal
