Middle School students change for P.E. daily

PE shorts or sweats are mandatory ~ black or grey (No short shorts per district policy)
PE T'shirt (any appropriate T'shirt) ~ Most students want a couple for the week.
PE running shoes ~ All students participate even if just walking the track. Sandles, or open toed shoes are not allowed per district policy. Some type of tennis shoe is required.
Water Bottle ~ Our students are very active and need to stay hydrated, please have your student bring a water bottle in their backpack that can be filled throughout the day.

Sports and After School Activities
If your student is planning to participate in sports:
They will be required to have a Sport Physical on file prior to participating. Girl's volley ball and Cross Country begin the first week of school, so please plan ahead. Valley Immediate Care provides sport physicals for $40.00. Sport physicals are valid for 2 years.

If your student is participating in a sport or other special event school activities we will need you to join our amazing carpooling system with Ruch School parents to assist with transporting students to and from games, meets and academic activities.

If your student is staying after school to participate in a sport or supervised after school activity please be sure that they bring extra healthy snacks or water bottles. Please note: The school office closes at 4:30 p.m. so all students need to be picked up promptly after their activity.

There is no supervision after their coach or instructor dismisses them.
Students are not allowed to stay on campus after their 3:30 dismissal time unless they are participating in a supervised sport or activity or special arrangements have been made with Principal, Julie Barry.
