How do I apply for CWE?
You can meet with Martin Mares, SMHS Cooperative Work Experience Coordinator, in the main within the first two weeks of any quarter. He will give you a CWE contract to be completed and signed by the student, parent, employer and CWE Coordinator.

What are my responsibilities?
First, you must be employed an average of 10 hours per week by an employer recognized by the state with regular payroll deductions. Second, you will need to attend monthly "Keys to Success" seminars. Each quarter you will be asked to complete a Self-Evaluation based on the 8 Keys to Employability.
