Senior College Planning

SENIORS PLANNING ON GOING TO COLLEGE: Open and print the forms below.

THE COLLEGE PLANNING CHECKLIST:
The checklist is just that -- a check list!
Use it to make sure you have everything done so you are ready for college next year.

Helpful website resources are listed on the checklist as well. You can find information about college and career research, SAT and ACT testing, financial aid, scholarships, etc. on these websites.

THE SENIOR PROFILE:
Use for college and scholarship applications
which all request the same kind of information in varying forms. Complete this profile now so you have it as a reference when you need to complete applications.

Use for recommendation letters from teachers, coaches, counselors, etc. Frequently they know some aspect of you, but not everything. Complete the profile and make copies to give people when you request recommendation letters. It will assist them in writing a more specific, better letter.

IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO WRITE THANK-YOU NOTES TO THOSE WHO WRITE RECOMMENDATION LETTERS FOR YOU!

Printed copies of both forms are available in the College & Career Center.
